CANCELLATION POLICY
You have up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to cancel your appointment. Cancelling after that time, you will be invoiced for 50% of the original service fee in order to reschedule. Please note that this payment is not considered a deposit for future services. Additionally, if you do not show up for an appointment without prior notification, the same policy will apply. Being later than 15 minutes to a service is considered a no show and you will be charged the same 50% service fee.
